PPR Welder with Round Type (PPR pipe welding machine)

1. Welding device control temperature is automatically, regarding variety of pipe, circumstance of temperature. Mark adjuster from 1 to 3 to adjust. To do this can keep work temperature is constant. It meet to pipe and fitttings to fusion connection.
2. According to specification of construction pipe to choose jointing of mould. To fix in heat stick(copper), under cold to have a bit relax, notice expand under heat. Fix welding device to operate of place.
3. Switch to electrical source, red. Green to show heat. The gree lamp is down, it iss into state of operate, can operate is begin. The lamp red and green is cross/control temperature is automatically.

No. 1: 250~270° C
No. 2: 285~290° C
No. 3: 290~305° C
5. How to take care of the welding machine: After cooling of the machine, wipe the machine surface with soft fabric which depped in the diluted alcoholed. Keep the machine clean.
6. Attention with the cautionsign. Stricly prohibit the touch of the part of the high temperature. Coution to use Electrical outlet and make sure the safety use of the live wire.
7. Never work in the rainy days or environment of heavy hunidity.
